High-Speed Rotary Tablet Press
This continuous automatic tablet press is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries for compressing granular or powdery materials into round or shaped tablets. Featuringa rotary structure, the equipment ensures stable operation, high output, and full compliance withGMP standards.
Material is uniformly filled into the die cavity through the hopper and forced feeder. As the turret rotates with multiple sets of tooling, the upper and lower punches follow fixed guide rails to complete pr-compression, main compression, and ejection in sequence, enabling continuoustablet production. The machine supports step less speed adjustment, allowing flexible control of speed and pressure according to material characteristics.
The machine consists of a drive system, turret and tooling assembly, feeding system, pressure and fill depth adjustment mechanisms, dust extraction and lubrication systems, and a PLC control unit. The main motor drives the turret smoothly, while pressure and fill depth are digitally set via a touchscreen interface. Features include overload protection and self-diagnostic functions. The fully enclosed structure ensures safe operation and easy cleaning and maintenance.
